One team runs the job from permit to certificate of occupancy.
How fast can I get a number?
After a site walk and a look at your lease exhibit or drawings, we send a scoped proposal, usually within 5 business days. It lists what's included, what's excluded, and the items that drive your schedule.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We prepare and track permit submittals with the city or county, coordinate inspections, and manage the separate sign-offs a restaurant or salon needs: building final, health department or state board, and any landlord or franchisor punch list.
I haven't signed my lease yet. Is it too early to call?
It's the best time to call. We'll review the space and the landlord's work letter before you sign and flag missing items like grease interceptors, gas, exhaust, electrical capacity or plumbing that can add weeks and dollars later.
